From Google: your name, email address and profile picture. Nothing else, and we never gain access to your Google account contents.

From you: the messages, photos, videos and locations you choose to send in a chat, and any report you file.

About moderation: whether your account is blocked, the written reason, and the timestamp.

A scheduled job runs continuously and hard-deletes every conversation that is more than two days old, along with its messages and every media file those messages referenced. This is a real delete from the database and from object storage — not a hidden or soft-deleted flag.

Reports and moderation records are kept after the conversation they came from is deleted, because they are the only way to keep repeat offenders off the platform. They contain the reason, your written description and the accounts involved — not the chat content itself.

Chat content is visible to the two parties in that chat and to administrators handling moderation. Media is served through authenticated links that are re-authorised on every request.

Email support from your registered address and we will delete your account and every conversation attached to it.
